To streamline operations, I implemented a custom approval workflow and user submission system that allows event professionals to add and manage their own listings. Combined with role-based access and real-time notifications, this setup ensures fresh, user-driven content while maintaining data accuracy and admin control.
Smarter Search & Automation
Users can find exactly what they need with an AI-assisted search engine. If no match is found, the site auto-generates the missing event or provider, queues it for admin review, and notifies the user — streamlining content growth without losing engagement.
