I designed and built Websyy from scratch using WordPress, integrating both offline batch management and online course structures. It serves as a learning hub, inquiry engine, and lead generator for local students eager to enter the digital world.
Custom CMS + Smart Automation
I created a scalable backend using WordPress, custom post types, and ACF to manage courses, batch schedules, fee logs, and instructor data — all accessible via a clean admin panel.
To simplify day-to-day management, I added features like WhatsApp-integrated follow-ups, auto-generated certificates, and real-time email alerts for new leads and admissions. Websyy’s backend enables seamless student tracking, inquiry capture, and engagement.
To enhance the student experience, I integrated a responsive frontend that allows learners to browse courses, register easily, and access batch timings from any device. The system also supports parent engagement through automated updates and reminders, making Websyy not just an educational platform, but a well-connected ecosystem for students, parents, and educators alike.

Designed for accessibility, the platform is mobile-first and optimized for local search visibility. Students and parents can easily explore available courses, submit interest forms, and receive automated communication.
